"Training with Jen has been amazing! I started out just wanting to tone up but what I have ended up with is so much more than that! As well as improved strength and fitness I have improved self confidence and self belief.
At the start of our sessions I could barely manage half a push-up, now I can do upwards of 40! My core is more toned and my legs are more shapely. I am a keen runner and I have gone from being able to run 9 and a half minute miles down to just under 8! I put this down to all the squats that Jen has me doing at 6am!
As my strength and fitness has progressed so have my work outs. Jen tailors the sessions to your ability as well as pushing you to get the best out of your session... Never in a million years did I think that I would be able to squat 50kg, but with Jen's support and encouragement I did! I love training with Jen, I feel more awake / alert and ready for the day... "Jenny has been our trainer for almost 2 years. Going to the gym was not going to be an option but we needed to lose weight and get fit. We started having Jenny come to our home 3 times a week, she made the sessions both fun and varied, doing weight training, cardio and core stability exercises. When Jenny started up her circuit class we decided to join, Jenny still came to our home once a week and has written a program for us to follow when we want to train by ourselves. The circuit class is fun, well organised and over the last 18 months no circuit has been the same. You will be encouraged to push yourself but most exercises can be geared to your own level so you can join in whether you are a beginner or an experienced fitness fanatic.
After 2 years my husband and I have lost weight, feel fitter and most importantly my husband has had the dosage of his blood pressure tablets halved.
Jenny is knowledgable and a great motivator, we would recommend her whether you wanted to attend a class or have a personal trainer at your home.
